• Are all your spices gluten-free?
  • Yes. We don't use any gluten-based fillers in our spices or blends. All spices are tested for gluten and the results are validate at a third-party laboratory in Canada. All our Spices are 100% plant-based. Clean, Natural, Non-GMO, Filler-free, Soy-free, Dairy-free, Nut & Peanut-free, Vegan & Vegetarian friendly.
• Where do you cook your Frozen Meals?
  • All our Frozen Meals are cooked in our own central kitchen, with over 20 years of experience, our chefs are experts in copying chef Deema Hajjawi recipes to come up with a 100% clone of her spirit in the kitchen, all Meals are Flash Frozen, then Air vacuumed to ensure the best quality possible and to ensure that you get the exact taste that chef Deema wants you to have.
• What is the delivery time if I place my order?
  • Delivery time depends on the item ordered. But in General you will get your order within maximum 72 hours from the time ordered.
• I received the wrong product, what are my options?
  • We do our best to pick and pack every box with absolute love, care and attention. However, sometimes humans make errors! Please email us immediately upon receipt of your order and be sure to include your full name, order number as well as a description of the issue, and one of our team members will arrange to send you a free replacement in addition to arranging the free exchange with you within 2-3 business days!
• Is your Extra virgin olive oil really natural with no additives?
  • Our Extra virgin olive oil is 100% natural with no additives whatsoever, you will enjoy the real and true taste of authentic hand-picked and cold pressed olives.
• Can I order bulk gifts for my company through you?
  • Yes of course, we can customize package for your clients, employees and loved one, but we take each case by case. Contact us at shop@deemahajjawi.com.
• What’s the best way to store my spices and herbs?
  • The ideal conditions to store spices and extend their life while preserving the flavour, colour, potency and fragrance is to keep them in airtight containers stored in dry, dark and cool place with limited exposure to sunlight (or other sources of light), moisture, and heat.
• If I buy multiple items from the store from different categories, will I receive multiple deliveries?
  • Yes, It depends on the order, but you will receive all your order within a maximum of 72 hours from your order date.
• Can I sell your products in my store?
  • Yes, we’re always looking to grow our wholesale network. Please email us at shop@deemahajjawi.com to benefit from special discounts and exclusive access to wholesale prices.
• Can I customize my aprons with you with my own design?
  • Yes! You can customize your aprons, but we need you to supply the required design, we will check and let you know if it is doable and you will have to order a minimum of 5 aprons for us to be able to produce it.
