Deema's culinary journey began in the year 2000 when her family established Flavours Catering. She expanded her skills as a presenter on popular Jordanian TV cook shows since 2002. Since 2012, Deema has been a fixture on Roya TV's "Roya Kitchen" presenting a live cooking segment. Deema's influence was recognized in 2014 when she was named among Jordan's Top 10 Most Influential Women.

In 2017, Deema won Jordan’s Best Celebrity Chef Award by popular vote. She has made appearances on prestigious TV channels, including al Watan TV in Kuwait and Dubai TV, where she was the exclusive chef during a Ramadan cook show. Deema also served as a Guest Judge on MBC's "TOP CHEF Arabia" in Seasons 1 and 3.
